Want To Change The System? Then Become The System NOW!

The system is broken.

Fix the system.

Yes, we hear you!

We live in turbulent times where there are many uncertainties and change is happening faster than ever before in history.

But some things are stuck in the dark ages… the system.

Can I take this moment right here, right now, to invite you to perhaps take a slightly different perspective and approach a different way of solving this complex, stubborn, traditional problem that has occurred?

To propose a new way forward, with diverse thinking, and for effective AND successful change to occur, it demands a chain of human interactions that necessitates appropriate intentions, capacities and co-ordination at every link of the chain, to effectively and successfully change the system!

To change a system, we need to BECOME the new upgraded system.

Stuck in the system here

The pre-requisite for a system to change is for each and every individual in the organisation, to embrace a consciously upgraded and enhanced way of adaptive and diverse thinking. Then the key to effective sustainable change is for each individual to follow through with consistent daily action that reflects the team/group/organisation’s NEW vision.

It is vital to remember that where there are many moving parts there are many opportunities for tweaks, modifications, adaptations, amendments and enhancements to occur.

NB: Change can be scary. Change is constant. Change is inevitable. Change = Growth (if we choose it to be)!

Upgrade

To consciously upgrade and enhance a system it takes a commitment from each individual to work towards, embrace and embody a shared vision. This is for team players. This is for people who are willing to collaborate with other human beings. This demands appropriate intentions, capacities and co-ordination at every link of the chain, to effectively and successfully change the system!

So instead of bemoaning the system, feeling dis-empowered and giving up, are YOU willing to become the system? Are you willing to commit to the betterment for all? Are you willing to make a difference?
