About ELIZABETH AND CHRISTINE

Christine Burns, former elite athlete, author, and performance coach, and Dr. Elizabeth Pritchard, keynote speaker, author, leadership coach, and facilitator co-founded the WALT Institute as a result of the frustration with the traditional leadership training approaches that do not address the individual person, their innate strengths or empower them to step into their own Authentic Power.

Their Authentic Leadership approach embraces proven strategies from positive psychology and the science of happiness and subjective wellbeing, to promote self-awareness, self-regulation, social intelligence, psychological capital, and agency, with integrity and transparency.

Through WALT Institute they facilitate Bespoke Authentic Leadership programs to individuals and teams, to overcome dis-stress, gain personal empowerment tools, build effective high performing team skills, and embrace career progression opportunities.
