Resilience is the ability to bounce forward from adversity or set-back with confidence and strength.

This is not just bouncing BACK to where you were before, it is bouncing forward to a better place and space.

Resilience includes the capacity to have high levels of Psychological Capital.

How can we survive in this environment and become resilient, empowered individuals with the capacity to thrive and flourish? We need to build high levels of psychological capital incorporating the principles of Hope, Efficacy, Resilience and Optimism.

A 5day online Challenge is filled with strategies, coaching, training and community.
